Water wasn’t provided in the room, which felt like a basic oversight. The air conditioning leaked onto the bed in the master bedroom, making it less comfortable than expected. Dining was a bit chaotic, running out of food during meals and having to wait a while for the bill added unnecessary frustration. The pool was crowded with kids jumping off the boat, which could be unsafe, especially with no lifeguards visible.

The beach area is lovely, perfect for relaxing. Check-in process was confusing, hard to find our villa. Entertainment options like karaoke are fun for families at night. Limited dining choices and overpriced food.

The villas are beautifully decorated and very comfortable, providing easy access to the beach. I appreciated the attentive staff, who were helpful and friendly throughout my stay, making it a delightful experience for me and my family.

More accessibility features for seniors would be beneficial.

Great spot for families!

Had a decent stay. The property is nice and the pool area was super fun for kids. Staff was chill and really helpful. Just a bit bummed that the room decor was kinda lacking. Those pillows were tiny and didn’t do much for our comfort. The bar area was a nice hangout, though.
